Personality:
Franti's quietness can be mistaken for arrogance, but she just rather keep to herself. She has high expectations of her soldiers due to their legion's reputation for lazy good-for-nothings. Franti's dry sense of humor and endless silent staring sometimes causes her soldiers distress and embarrassment. Franti expects you to know exactly what she needs from you without speaking to you. Her rationalization stems from the fact that vocal communication is useless when using 3D gear. She never looks back on the past or forward to the future, but always lives in the present.


Background:
Franti spent a majority of her life as a street urchin since both her parents were poor farmers. She joined a small gang of children who would steal from grocers and various merchants. The other children called her "Miss Mime" because of her reticent nature. She learned the value of teamwork as a child, but also the value of selfishness. Sharing is all good unless there is too little to share. Hunger drove her to the inner wall where food was plentiful. Spending most of her free time during her cadet days training (and stealing food) put her at the top of her class where she immediately chose to join the Military Police. Upon joining, she recognized the disrespect the Military Police received from the other legions. She had not realized this as a child and as a cadet for securing food was her only priority. Now that she had that, she moved her priority to protecting the citizens and the dignity of the Military Police.


Other:
+She has all of her soldiers wake up early and stretch for a good 30 minutes every day in order to stay limber.

+Franti's punishment for soldiers who disrespect her, other soldiers, etc. is revoking food privileges.

-Though Franti's really good with strategy and teamwork, she has little combat experience and that could cost her life one day.

Franti stared at the new cadets. Walking slowly inspecting each one, tugging a few lapels, brushing off dust, she judged how many were decent enough for her to actually speak to. Franti decided on a select few and grouped the rest as "smug bastards". She made a note to cut their rations in half within the first week. It was only after 20 minutes of awkward silence did she speak.

"Dismissed."
